Three officers based at the regional centre in Aiyura Eastern Highlands can now operate and carry out basic maintenance on farm machinery.
Mauro, Okrupa, Rodney Aku and Jerry Seni gained these skills from five days of field training by officers from the Momase Regional Centre and Taiwan International Cooperation Development Fund.
The officers are thankful saying the extra skills and knowledge gained will enhance their work in the field.
They expressed that farm machinery reduces work load, saves time and contributes to high agricultural production.
