Council

The NARI Act 1996 sets forward the roles and responsibilities of the Council in providing governance for the organization. This ensures the separation of governance from the management. In general it is the Council’s role to set strategic directions and determine structures for control and accountability. In this regard the Council is the final authority in NARI, and it reports to the Minister of Agriculture.

Management

The executive management is responsible for the management of the Institute in accordance with policy directions of the Institute Council. It is also responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of activities so that our strategic objective is achieved.
